Locums Passport started with a simple frustration. As a doctor looking for locum work closer to home, our founder Dr Ayo Banji-Kelan found himself completing the same information and compliance processes again for yet another recruitment agency. There had to be a better way.

So in 2023, Ayo and Tega started building Locums Passport: one professional profile designed to make temporary work simpler, more transparent and more rewarding. Today, that idea is growing beyond finding the next shift towards a Passport that represents verification, compliance, experience, development, opportunities and benefits.
